Mazovia is the largest region in Poland – its capital is Warsaw and it is a very attractive region for investments in Poland. The largest part of the Polish GDP is generated in Mazovia. The aim of Mazovia is to achieve competitiveness in European and global perspective, while simultaneously maintaining a cohesive and sustainable development.
The new Warsaw-Modlin Airport with surrounding industrial zone will contribute to further economic development as an important component of Warsaw transport node. Participation in the dAIR project will give us the possibility to develop our airport taking into account experience and knowledge of the other European airports that are partners in this project.

Swedavia also owns Göteborg City Airport and is a minority owner in the company that operates the airport. City of Leipzig
The vast landscape of lakes and one of the largest floodplain forest areas of Central Europe, running through the City of Leipzig, are only two of the reasons, why climate-protection is of major importance for the city. Besides measures connected with the “Mobility Management“ (car-sharing for employees of the City of Leipzig) or the „Clean Air Plan“ (48 measures to reduce air pollution impacts) Leipzig tries now to put focus on the airport region and on the improvement of the environmental-friendly surface access to the airport. Leipzig is convinced to derive a great benefit from this project and its associated transfer of know-how.
Eindhoven Airport is a regional airport 7,5 km west of Eindhoven and the second largest airport in the Netherlands. Eindhoven Airport wants to be a multimodal, sustainable transportation hub, so that it contributes to the economic growth in Southeast Brabant. In order to allow airport growth, conditions relating to sustainability measures are being agreed upon. D-AIR helps us realizing these measures and our higher sustainable ambitions.
The Authority’s mission is to promote and develop the transport sector in Malta by means of proper regulation and by promotion and development of related services, businesses and other interests both locally and internationally. The D-Air project is one way in which Transport Malta looks ahead to new and innovative ways of improving the general quality of life, in this particular case relating to the airport region.

The Mitteldeutsche Airport Holding is the parent brand of Mitteldeutsche Flughafen AG, a company operated by the public sector. The Group has three subsidiaries: Leipzig/Halle Airport, the second largest cargo airport in Germany and number five in Europe, Dresden International and PortGround, an affiliated company which offers ground handling and cargo handling services at both airports.

Being the host city of the airport of Barcelona with more than 34 millons passangers all issues related to its development are important to us as much as they are important to the airport itself. Provincia di Bologna
The Province of Bologna together with the Municipality of Bologna, the Emilia-Romagna Region and the Airport of Bologna signed a Territorial Agreement (2008) which includes several initiatives to guarantee the best balance between sustainable airport development and future land transformation/adaptation. The Province of Bologna will support the project through its exaustive experience on local and extra-local matters related to planning and environmental issues. The Province of Bologna is also constantly looking for systems, ways and typology of connections of public transport (airport/city/airport), good practices of efficiency and savings.
Stockholm Public Transport
Every day, more than 700,000 people travel with SL. We have the overall responsibility for ensuring that the County of Stockholm has a well-functioning public transport system. It is SL’s responsibility to develop and find new solutions for the public transport system. It is also SL that procures the services and ensures that the contractors running these services keep to their agreements.
